The role will be a combination of Helpdesk Tier II/III, and Systems Administration. Please send resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resume] for immediate consideration -2+ years of experience in IT operation with strong understanding of IT infrastructure, theories, principles, and practices -Expert knowledge in designing, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (xxxx and xxxx) including AD, file server permissions, group objects, printer management and event log troubleshooting. -Demonstrates exceptional hands-on and phone customer service skills allowing for a positive customer service experience with end-users/customers involving each IT Service Desk request/incident handled. -Monitor performance and resource utilization of physical servers, virtual servers, SANs, etc. Identify resource and performance issues; make and implement recommendations to resolve those issues -Perform basic System Administration functions for Windows Servers.
