Job Accountability:Responsible for administration, configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.comBuild data-centric applications within Salesforce.com using Force.com platform and integrate with services outside the platformCustomize and configure SFDC objects, data fields, pagelayouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports and dashboards.Design/develop/maintain custom objects , and custom code using Visualforce/Apex/APICreate and maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflows, workflow rules, assignment rules etcBuild and maintain Customer Portal and SitesManage mass imports and exports of dataDevelopment, testing, documentation and implementation of data mappings and associated workflows using Dell Boomi Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix production issues Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Required Skills:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degreeSalesforce.com Certified Developer will be a plusStrong hands-on experience with administration, configuration, customization and development within Salesforce.com, report developmentStrong Experience with Visualforce, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, SalesForce Object Query Language (SOQL)Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classesExperience in Sharing Settings, Roles, Public Groups, User AdministrationExperience in Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata APIExtensive experience using Apex Data Loader and other data loading tools such as Informatica On Demand, CastIronStrong web development skills including CSS, Java, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, AJAX , web servicesExperience with database development, SQL, PL/SQL and/or T-SQL (Transact-SQL), database schemas, stored procedures is desirable.Strong analytical/problem solving skills.Strong verbal/written communication skills, listening skills, group interaction skillsKnowledge of application development methodologies waterfall, agile scrum, SDLCDetail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, technologiesAbility to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyProven self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Team player with can-do attitudeManager Notes:Needs a true developer, not an Admin.
