Job Description The Role As a QA Analyst, the personal is responsible for performing the quality assurance on all new and enhanced business applications of ADS and be always the customer's first choice ' to do business with' Responsibilities: Demonstrate the ability to research, analyze and understand business practices/concepts to write Test Cases from Use Cases using various methodologies including Agile. Evaluate and design detailed business, functional, and high-level technical requirements write detailed Test Plans/Test Scripts and moderate SQL skills Provides documentation outlining application overview and process flow Participate in business, functional, and technical requirements gathering Offers multiple technical solutions to business needs Provides benefits and risk analysis on technical solution to business needs Recognize and understand use of design patterns for intermediate applications. Develop code for intermediate modules, following documentation and development standards. Create enhanced supporting documentation and implement changes. Expertise in SQL queries for backend data validation. As necessary perform unit testing to ensure application code meets expected requirements. Ensure Enterprise security standards are followed at all times. Experience in testing the mobile applications and as well as cross browser compatibility testing Extensive understanding in SDLC methodologies Experience in testing Client/Server and Web Based applications in a team environment or independently Experience in writing/ executing QTP scripts for regression Qualifications 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing of Web Based and Client/Server applications. Must be able to test in and have proficiency in : Test Director Quality Center, QTP Working knowledge of SQL Experience in PVCS Tracker an Experience in SQL Server Management Studio and ORACLE DBs Experience in .NET, JAVA, iOS and Android based application testing Experience with Hyland OnBase Imaging and workflow system a plus Additional Required Qualifications Strong project management skills Ability to take direction from management and complete assignments independently while consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines Self-Motivated and takes accountability and ownership for work with minimal supervision Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in running automation scripts Good Work.
