Job Description: DescriptionSenior IT Program Manager responsible for the successful execution of a series of digital initiatives. Specifically addressing application changes/upgrades for the Consumer North America Project Management organization. Focus will be on the technology program management and all projects related to delivering the project/program successfully. Candidate will integrate an IT internally developed custom build web applications using existing and best practice project/program management methodologies. Provide leadership, development opportunities, and positive interactive working environment to ensure the highest productivity and employee engagement. Candidate will interact with the senior most IT and Business leadership teams on a daily basis. Role: Accountable for providing an integrated program management function and support for the Citi web/digital projects/programs. This includes: Support the integrated aggregation and reporting of all technology delivery status, specifically leading re-design and platform re-engineering issues, and risks. Maintains and manages the integrated Technology milestone and delivery plan. Manages the creation of any required dashboards and integrated reporting for either the program. Assist in addressing delivery risks and issues across the program; IT team, business team as well as other Citi groups outside the direct program team. Maintains the integrated financial budgets and plan. Maintain capacity and resource plan for the program. Oversight of Agile scrum/sprint teams. Status reporting and communications to senior managers. Coordinates activities with the Business and Operations Program Office. Deliverables: Integrated Technology Milestone Plan. Integrated Technology Financial Plan Tracking. Integrated Technology Issues & Risk Plan. Integrated Technology Resourcing Plan. Integrated Technology Progress Reporting and Metrics. Technology Team Progress Communication Materials and Dashboards.Qualifications. Minimum 10 yrs experience directly leading large scale programs for Information Technology. Minimum of 5+ years directly managing Program /Project Management staff. PMP certification preferred or equivalent PMMI Level 2 or Level 3 certification obtained. Extensive hands-on knowledge of Program/Project management practices, principals, and toolsets with a specific emphasis on appropriate risk management processes and techniques. Demonstrated experience directly managing large scale complex strategic programs/projects across a highly matrixed environment on time, budget and with the highest quality. Knowledge of web applications, retail banking, credit card applications, systems, methodologies, and development lifecycles preferred. Extensive understanding/working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology, concepts. Understanding of the Citi consumer business and IT organizations a plus. Candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to remotely manage staff in multiple domestic and International locations.
