Part 1: Listen to customer satisfaction survey calls (both newly active and churned customer) and identify opportunity areas for improving customer satisfaction. Part 2: Develop customer satisfaction surveys for products not currently receiving surveys and/or revise existing surveys in order to improve response rates and improve the amount of valuable information collected. Part 3: Reach out to satisfied customers and solicit testimonials that can be used in marketing collateral and on sales calls Be an integral part of the initiative to increase overall customer satisfaction to 90 or higher and maintain that satisfaction into and throughout xxxx. Build a repository of happy customer testimonials that can be used in marketing collateral and sales calls. By increasing customer satisfaction on BIFM products, we will increase customer retention (decrease churn) thus increasing customer LTV. By building a repository of testimonials, we can increase the value of every marketing communication and increase the likelihood of converting a phone call into a sale.Currently pursing a degree in Marketing. Intern will have identified areas of opportunity to improve product and customer experience in general, leveraged that information/knowledge to develop survey materials for other products and services, will have solicited at least 5 usable testimonials each for the Ignite and Custom Website products, and will have developed a marketing campaign centered on those testimonial.
