Company Description: All - Tech Hardware LLC specializes in the production and distribution of a complete supply solution for all types of industrial fasteners. We are currently expanding our North American sales force and are adding several sales support positions for our North American sales team. Job Description: Pacific Coast / Regional Sales Manager International Industrial Fastener Manufacturer Los Angeles, CA Key responsibilities: - Initiates and maintains relationships and opens lines of communication with prospective and established customers. - Secures and analyzes RFQ opportunities, keeps track of effectiveness of quoting and order fulfillment process. - Assists with internal follow-up of customer concerns and service, quotations, maintains a keen awareness of competitor and market trends, responds to quality, service and customer satisfaction issues. - Attends and represents company at industry conventions and marketing events as required. - Works independently with minimum supervision. - Other responsibilities assigned by the company. Requirements: - bachelor or associate degree preferred. - At least 5 years of sales experience in fastener distribution industry is required. Otherwise we will not consider. - working knowledge of the regional fastener distribution market. - proven background of historic sales success with former employers. - competent in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. - excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. - able to efficiently and professionally work from home and willing to travel. Compensation: -Position is a base compensation plus a sales commission. Pay varies depending on experience and meeting local sales targets. Expense Reimbursement: - expense incurred is reimbursable against receipts according to company guidelines.
