Job Description: Belding, Michigan Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager. Qualified candidate will plan, manage and direct the sales activity for Division. Integrates the activities of manufacturing representative agencies with the needs of end users. Improves the market share and coordinates all marketing activities for Division. Coordinates the activities of Technical Marketing Managers / Market Development Managers and Quotations Specialist. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and acts upon Strategic Marketing Plan Responsible for the management and sales leadership for the department Sales Systems: Quotation, Measurement / Benchmarking, Surveys, Representative Analysis, Representative Incentives Develops and adjusts sales forecasts by product line for each territory and manufacturing representative as required Tracks and manages all aspects of sales reports, calendars, trip reports, and incentive compensation of sales team Acts and participates as a member of the division’s technical training Participates and coordinates promotions, trade shows and National Sales Meetings Responsible for new product introduction and sales performance Sales budgeting and expense control All department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual s trained and cross-trained as necessary Required Degree in Business, Engineering, or Sales 10+ years in Product/Manufacturing environment Proficient Verbal and Written English Communication Skills Developing sales plans and budgets Preferred Familiarity with MRPII This is a Direct Hire Position
