Consumer Sales Manager - Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida For Sale

Description Job duties include but are not limited to the following:- Manage team of licensed insurance agents in the BlueDirect multi-cultural contact center (telesales, chat, email, social media) environment to sell both individual and small group health insurance plans- Provide sales coaching and motivation in order to exceed sales goals- Collaborate with internal business partners to optimize sales and to remove barriers- Ensure team performance results in a balanced scorecard of efficiency and effectiveness- Create and execute sales plans for Direct to Consumer sales- Demonstrate change leadership and foster an environment of continuous improvement.- Drive customer and agent satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.- Manage team adherence to compliance, BCBSF selling methodology and Key Performance Indicators. Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience- 6+ of commensurate work experience- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Call center experience to include call monitoring, management to Key Performance Indicators, agent coaching and training.- Demonstrated sales management experience, i.e., business to consumer and/or business to business- Strong consultative, analytical, communication and process improvement skills- Ability to work flexible shifts to include evenings until 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational basis.- Understanding of call center tools including Telephony systems and CRM. Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):- Health insurance sales experience in the individual and small group insurance market- Six Sigma Belt (either Orange, Red, Green, Blue or Black)- Training experience- Life and Health insurance license State of Florida (215 or 218) or the ability to obtain in 90 days from employment.
