This is a salaried position that involves showing our different shopping centers to prospective tenants. The centers are located in Duval and St.Johns county.A real estate license is not required; however, 5 Years of commercialleasing experience is required. (Do not apply if you are an apartment leasing agent. This isa totally different job.)
Job duties: Show and leasespaces in our shopping centers. Perform duties such as accompany clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale and draw up real estate contracts, develop leads, study our property listings, and make cold calls. You must have a valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and able to pass a background check.
