Established in xxxx, we are a full-service real estate brokerage licensed and conducting business in 15 states. Our Valuation Specialists are supported by a dedicated BPO Department that can ensure you steady work and assistance in all aspects of your BPO career. The average Elite Valuation Specialist performs between 100-125 valuations per month. We handle all of the administrative work involved in being a successful and productive Valuation Specialist.
This position requires a state salesperson real estate license for a minimum of two years or an appraisal license.

Below is a list of our terms and expectations for our Valuation Specialists:&#xxxx;&#xxxx;
Real Estate Agents - must transfer license and Board/MLS affiliation to Elite REO Services.
Characteristics - Self-motivated, works well independently, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, effective email communication skills.
Full Time Position - This is a high volume position which requires full time availability.
Active License - Real estate Salesperson/Broker (minimum for two years) or appraisal license.
Service Area - Agent agrees to service all zip codes within a 10 mile radius of assigned territory.
Volume Increase - We expect you to progressively increase your valuation capacity within the first 30 days.
Email - You will be provided with a company email address which is required for all client and company correspondence.
Business Expenses - This is a xxxx independent contractor position. You will be responsible for gas, board and MLS dues, internet service, reliable transportation, and all office peripherals (computer, camera, phone). Pay is based on your BPO production, no hourly wage or salary is offered.
All of our Realtor Valuation Specialists are members of our brokerage and must transfer their state real estate license and MLS/Board affiliation, (except for Appraisers)
Requirements:
Must live within a close proximity of advertised city
Full time availability to complete high-volume of orders
Must have a current Real Estate license for a minimum of two years "or" an Appraiser license
No trainee appraisal license
Must have access to your local MLS
Pass a background check
Experience performing BPO's/Valuations is required
