Summary of job:
This position will encompass creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reports that are vital to the Operations team. In addition, data validation and troubleshooting will be required to ensure data integrity. Lastly, this position will require an advanced knowledge of Excel and Excel Pivot Tables.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage reporting, including scorecard updates, daily reports (Abandon Rate Pre and Post Triage), call volumes per queue and occupancy.
Ensure that reports are accurate
Ensure on-time delivery of reports and data
Complete ad-hoc requests from Senior Leadership staff
