EssentialJobFunctions:
WorkwithExecutiveManagementtodeterminecompanyneedsandtodefineastrategicplanforgrowth.?
OverseetheProjectManagementteaminschedulingprojects,achievingbudgets,andmeetingdeadlines.?
Monitorsprojectstoaddressdelays,badweather,andemergencies.?
Establishandenforceprojectmanagementdiscipline,policies,processesandtoolsthatenableworld:classexecution.?
Establishesandmaintainsactualprojectperformancedatatofacilitatehistoricalanalysestoimproveestimatingaccuracyandfieldconstructionperformance.?
Manage,hireandtrainallConstructionPersonnelincluding:VicePresidentsofConstruction,AreaManagers,Superintendents,AssistantSuperintendents,andcustomercarepersonnel.?
Ensureaccuracyofconstructionstatusreporting
Provideevaluationofsub:contractorperformance.?
Responsibleforqualitycontrol,qualityassurance,EPAandOSHAcompliance.?
Responsibleforappearanceofallcommunities,modelsandspechomes.?
OverseeCustomerCareDepartment
Establishandmonitorcustomercarepolicies,processesandprocedurestoensurecompletehomebuyersatisfaction;resolveanyoutstandingcustomercomplaints,andseekwaystoimprovecustomersurveyresultsandthecompletecustomerexperience.?
Reviewallworkinprocesstoensurecompliancewithplansandspecifications,buildingcodesandCompanystandards.?
Reviewandrecommendimprovementstobothexistingandproposedplans;Responsibleforensuringthatallneededred:liningofplansiscomplete.?
Fieldresponsibilityforcontrollingcosts,achievingbudgetedmarginsandimprovingthebottomline.?
EDUCATION:
Bachelor'sdegreeinConstructionManagementorrelatedfield
SKILLS:
Abilitytodevelopandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithmanagement,staff,governmentagenciesandthepublic
Excellentnegotiatingskills
Skilledinplanning,organizingandsupervising
Skilledinproblemsolvinganddecisionmaking
REQUIREMENTS:
10+yearsinproductionhomebuilding,3:5yearsinaseniorlevelmanagementrole
