Job Description
Are you looking for a great leadership role opportunity that can expand your knowledge and heighten your skill set? As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor of Utilization Management you will be responsible for managing the department’s daily operations and you will develop and implement utilization management programs while maintaining compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. You will advise and train staff members and develop reports to ensure better business results. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor of Utilization Management you will assist in the communication between the utilization management staff and the providers.
SALARY:Starting at $70,000/year (DOE)

Required Skills:
Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 3+ years of utilization management or quality improvement experience
Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) license for FL
CCM a PLUS!
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid managed care policies
MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Interqual, Milliman, quality improvement
