Recruiters - Sourcing F/T or P/T $100K - $175K
Responsible for generation of active and passive candidates from the internet,networking sites, contact lists and internal databases through research
Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and position specifications and conduct research to identify suitable candidates
Partner with recruiters and staffing leadership to create innovative sourcing strategies
Responsible for candidate management that includes validation of interest, availability, compensation, global mobility, technical fit and qualifications
1 -2 years of experience in technical recruiting / sourcing / search with advanced skills internet search (Boolean) and Web 2.0
Prior experience working with an applicant tracking systems
Expertise in generating a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates with specific skills!
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
