Job Description
Medical Insurance Specialist
Beaches Area, Hospital
M - F, 8 - 5
Immediate Start
Work for a state-of-the-art hospital with advanced software and equipment to provide world-class customer service to patients from all over the world. Your role will involve taking incoming calls from patients and evaluating insurance information to assist them in understanding their existing insurance coverage in order to be able to schedule appointments. Previous work experience in a call center or in the medical insurance field is strongly preferred.
Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, friendly phone presentation in addition to at least 2 years of experience with customer service, collections, or insurance OR a 2 year degree. Training is provided in hospital processes and systems.
This assignment is anticipated to run 6 months to start with the possibility of extension. Apply immediately online for consideration.
